Attorneys representing Sugarland responding to the lawsuit filed against them over the stage collapse in Indy last summer. They’re denying that the band should be held responsible for the wind driven collapse, which killed 7 people, injuring more than 40.According to an Indianapolis TV station, Sugarlands lawyers point out that they had no involvement in the construction of the stage since it wasn’t their responsibility to cancel the show for inclement weather.

Men and women have always been different. Now according to a study by the Journal of the American Medical Association men and women have different symptoms when it comes to heart attacks. Women are more likely to have a heart attack without having chest pain and they have a higher mortality rate then men suffering heart attacks. The margin is even greater for women under the age of 55 who didn’t experience chest pain.
